Services We Offer

With You Every Step of the Way

Mental health is a positive concept related to the social and emotional wellbeing of individuals. Having good mental health, or being mentally healthy, is, in my view, more than just the absence of illness; rather it’s a state of overall wellbeing. And that is what I strive to achieve when I start working with people they come to see me in my clinic. There are many experiences and changes both, children, young people, men and women experience during their life cycle that threaten their equilibrium. Finding the new balance is my ultimate concern.
Since 2012, I have provided individuals, couples and families in Richmond and Kingston area a wide range of psychological and counselling services to suit their needs.
Whether you are an individual, a couple or a family looking for help - my therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence, and assist you in the healing process. Take a look at the services I offer, and get in touch with me today.

Online Art Therapy

When Words Are Not Enough

Art Psychotherapy integrates art into the therapeutic process, providing another mode of communication. A background in art making, or being “good” at art is not necessary, as the
process of art making is as important, if not more than the art piece itself. Art therapy is not a recreational activity or art lesson.
Clients of all ages and cultural backgrounds may benefit from art therapy, from children, to adolescents and adults. It is for anyone who may struggle to talk directly about difficulties and feelings, this is where the medium of art may be more appropriate.

Group Therapy for Young People

You are not alone

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves one or more therapists working with several people at the same time. These group sessions are designed for your people (13 to 16 years old) to explore and share their experiences and difficulties with their peers so they can support each other. Each session will be facilitated by our psychotherapists Petra and Bernice.
The programme offers 7 sessions that will take place every two weeks and all sessions need to be booked in advance. Each young person will be assessed for eligibility prior to entering the group.
